Main missions
- Providing a response to clients’ technical problems. Providing technical expertise regarding the operation of the product / installation, with a preventative role
Main duties
- Preparing for work at the client’s site in China and/or abroad Organization / safety / formalities / equipment.
- Carrying out or confirming diagnostic work, identifying the technical solution.
- Organizing staff and materials required to carry out the work.
- Also acting as a technical expert to make technical recommendations and propose them to clients approached. Training clients to use the company’s products and providing other support.
- Using technical expertise, contributing to the development / adjustment of new product solutions.
- Studies and identifies cost effective technical solutions. May provide cost estimation for the EtO business.
- Validates that the technical proposal meets the customer specifications clause by clause.
- Systematically documents customer's proposal.
- Supports customer claims or requests by assessing and determining root causes (application or product)
Job Qualifications
- Professional experience required: 6 - 10 years
- Education: Undergraduate : Associate's, Bachelor's, or equivalent extensive experience
