Main duties
- Completes projects, prototyping, test and control of the various components.
>> Assessment indicator : Number of prototyping completed per year
- Follows-up Industrialization of product matching the requirements of time, cost and quality.
>> Assessment indicator : Customer claims per year
- Involves the design of production facilities by defining the equipment and tools specifications, and the related technical specifications.
>> Assessment indicator : Number of design or redesign technical specifications per year
- Optimizes manufacturing methods mainly by defining range of manufacturing for all products at design stage.
>> Assessment indicator : Number of products reviewed at design stage
- Involves in changes in the manufacturing organization by carrying out specific technical surveys (on new assembly processes for example), and by suggesting industrial improvements.
>> Assessment indicator : Number of technical surveys carried out per year
- Develops and implements tools for calculating and monitoring in order to facilitate the process of quoting and real cost calculation.
>> Assessment indicator : Calculation cost method worked out per product
- Is involved in actions plans. Improves continuously manufacturing processes, manufacturing organization and production equipment.
>> Assessment indicator : Number of action plans formalized per year
- Participates on Risk Assessment and introduce improvements to minimize plant hazards.
>> Assessment indicator : Numbers of solutions introduced per year to decrease plant hazards
