- Identifies and analyses customer needs to elaborate the complete bill of requirements..

- Studies and identifies cost effective technical solutions.
May provide cost estimation for the EtO business..

- Systematically documents customer's proposal..
>> Assessment indicator : Fully documented technical offer
- Validates that the technical proposal meets the customer specifications clause by clause..
>> Assessment indicator : Contract review
- Supports customer claims or requests by assessing and determining root causes (application or product).
>> Assessment indicator : Customer satisfaction on delivered expertise
- Identifies gaps between Mersen's offer and customer needs and shares them with product manager.

- Promotes new products by demonstrating their fit to the customer needs.
