Main duties

  • Working within the framework of the general objectives of the Group and in accordance with the corporate policy of the Segment in question, defines the strategy that should be adopted in order to optimise business performance for the Site/Subsidiary, as well as coordinating the implementation of this strategy by assuming responsibility for the results obtained (sales, profitability, cash flow, client satisfaction, etc.).

  • Is responsible for all personnel working at the Site/Subsidiaries, including any collaborators who are not under the direct authority of the Business (General) Manager; on a daily basis, leads and organises the teams under their direct supervision..

  • Defines and implements appropriate organisational measures for the Site/Subsidiary and contribute to the development of any organisations of which it is a member..
