MISSION

In the role of Supply Chain Analyst you will Drive NBPT logistics and operations through daily data-driven reporting and queries to optimize sales, enhance customer satisfaction and achieve critical operational KPI’s.

Serve as the primary liaison between operations, Mersen CCU and UPS Dallas to ensure seamless processing of inbound receipts and outbound shipments. 

 

DIMENSIONS OF THE POSITION:

  • Operation Scope- Support daily logistics and distribution operations ensuring efficient flow of inbound receipts and outbound shipments to meet customer demand.
  • Revenue Impact- Directly influence daily sales execution by enabling order fulfillment through optimization.
  • Key Interfaces- Serves as the primary point of contact between NBPT operations, Mersen CCU and UPS Dallas hub for all matters related to shipment processing and issue resolution
  • Systems and Tools- Utilizes ERP systems internal reporting tools and data queries to monitor performance, identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Impact- Collaborates with CCU and warehouse teams to align execution with customer expectations and business priorities.

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Utilize internal reports and system queries to monitor order status, shipment activity and identify exceptions requiring follow-up.
  • Support daily sales execution by ensuring orders are processed accurately and released in a timely manner.
  • Serve as point of contact between Mersen CCU and UPS Dallas for shipment tracking, issue escalation and status updates.
  • Serve as main point of contact between Newburyport Ops and Mersen CCU regarding management of backlog pertaining to LT, spike and branch plant adherence.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of work experience within business environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) and general computer systems.
  • Clearly communicates with internal teams and external partners.

 

 

The expected salary for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000 and will be eligible for incentive pay.  This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, locations, skills, training, and experience.
