Main duties
- Keeps informed of any changes about labor law and collective agreements (minimum wages, employee contribution rates, etc.)..

- Collects and reviews employee information and working hours. Prepares, inputs and controls fixed and variable payroll items..

- Prepares and verifies legal and social declarations; manages payment of social contributions and various benefits within the legal deadlines..

- Has regular contact, brings support and daily advice with line management and HR managers..

- Responds to payroll-related inquiries and resolves concerns from employees and social administrations..

- Manages and completes legal and administrative formalities regarding employees (labor contract, hiring process, certificates...)..
