What can you expect if you join our team?

  • Searching for saving opportunities in the existing supplier panel and market research for finding new ones.
  • Supplier panel streamlining and optimization.
  • Preparing quarterly spend analysis to Mersen.
  • Creating a purchased item categorization based on Mersen segments.
  • Recyclability follow up and extensions to further suppliers.
  • Data summary for monthly statistics and PP file.
  • Supplier data management in Scala.
  • Managing special orders for tooling, refurbishments to partners.
  • Invoice matchings with POs for tooling and modifications.
  • Supporting finance with confirmation on ancillary costs on invoices (transportation, energy premiums, packaging, etc.)
  • Providing data for Mersen for Life Cycle Analysis.
  • Supporting all type of purchasing related negotiations with meeting memos and follow up.
  • Supporting new projects with data/offer gathering from possible suppliers.
  • CSR uploads to Mersen system.
  • CMRT follow ups in Mersen system.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Economic studies,
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar multinational manufacturing environment,
  • Active negotiation skills in English both speaking and writing (Advanced level),
  • Native Hungarian language skills,
  • User-level computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
  • System vision, logical thinking,
  • Effective communication skills,
  • Energetic, proactive personality.
  • Familiar with budget management.
  • Project management skills.
