Main duties

Upkeeping and maintenance of company buildings and grounds, including lighting, irrigation, plumbing, electrical, machine repair, etc.
Maintain a PM schedule and operate associated maintenance software
Experience and ability to work at elevated heights
Operation of complex CNC functions
Strong understanding of machine geometry and nomenclature
Proficient in electrical knowledge and troubleshooting
Versatile knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
Ability to diagnose and operate CNC machines and controls in addition to, manual lathes, mills, grinders, and saws
Fabrication experience
MIG/TIG welding
Basic carpentry skills
Knowledge of PPE and willingness to comply with company safety requirements

Requirements

Previous manufacturing maintenance experience, 3 - 5 years preferred
Prefer experience operating and/or maintaining CNC equipment
Basic math skills and ability to work with decimals and fractions
Ability to lift and maneuver 50 pounds
Good interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
