Main duties
- Within the Group Health and Safety framework, drafts the health and safety action plans (Annual prevention Plan APP, Safety Action plan (SAP)) adapted to the site and has them validated as well as the means (human, budgetary, technical, IT, etc.) needed for these action plans to be implemented.
>> Assessment indicator : Validation of Action Plans and the necessary means by the Site management.
- Guarantees that Group and site Health and Safety action plans are developed as well as Health and Safety standards, tools and methods (internal audits, risk evaluation, etc.); follows up the completion via pilot indicators.
>> Assessment indicator : Development level of the Health and Safety plans, tools and methods/FR1/FR2/SR
- Proposes to the Site HR manager the Health and Safety training plan and follows its implementation in collaboration with the site HR department; proposes and implements Health and Safety awareness actions.

- Advises and assists different departments on daily Health and Safety-related issues, proposes preventative measures, participates in making the equipment and facilities compliant by being associated with the projects as much as possible from the start. Organises management safety visits and participates in the safety cross-audits.

- Ensures that the Site Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committees (when existing) are operating well by preparing, leading and following up with corrective actions.

- Guarantees that existing H&S regulations are respected (in documentations, processes, installations, etc..).
>> Assessment indicator : Level of compliance of equipment and facilities
- Manages the prevention plans in collaboration with the technical services and organizes the emergency simulation exercises. In case of dangerous equipments/installations, implements appropriate preventive systems (check-list, training, supervision of equipment recommended maintenance, etc.).

- In case of incidents, accidents or situations involving risks, organizes, analyses and implements the necessary corrective actions as well as takes charge of communication with the various group levels.

- Maintains good relations with the relevant administrations and authorities (firefighters, etc.).
