Main duties
- Diagnoses anomalies and implement corrective actions..
>> Assessment indicator : Number of actions implemented on the planner
- Collects and manages internal customer needs and requests..

- Performs a series of tasks on a daily basis for the maintenance, cleanliness (hygiene, etc.), maintenance and tidying of buildings, areas, equipment, catering areas and green spaces..

- Consults service providers and manage certain contracts..

- Transmits work instructions to external companies and to the department's ad hoc resources..
