Main duties
Position Summary
The Electrotechnician is responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of production equipment by performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
This role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, participating in equipment installation and improvement projects, and supporting continuous production
Key Responsibilities
1. Equipment Maintenance and Repair
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures on production equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.
- Ensure proper functioning of production lines and minimize downtime.
2. Installation and Improvement
- Participate in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new machines and systems.
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and safety of equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams during modifications or process changes.
3. Documentation and Reporting
- Record maintenance activities and parts used in the CMMS ( Limble system)Training will be provided.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
- Report any recurrent equipment issues or potential risks to the Maintenance Supervisor.
4. Health, Safety, and Compliance
- Follow all company safety rules and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Training can be provided
- Identify potential hazards and participate in corrective actions.
- Ensure all repairs meet company and regulatory safety standards.
Salary Range - $65-75K + Benefits
