Main duties
- Designs, develops reports relating to client credit and client accounting: DSO, DSOT, late payments, internal overspending, credit insurance limits..
>> Assessment indicator : Client satisfaction / payment deadlines met
- As an expert in client credit, assists a General / Financial management departments (of a Site / Business Unit) in defining credit policies: outstanding amounts authorized, payment terms / methods..
>> Assessment indicator : Client satisfaction / DSO/ % of late payments / DSOT
- Deploys the client credit policy chosen by Management and analyzes its performance over a defined timescale..

- Supervises receivable debt recovery teams..

- Manages credit insurance..

- Plans and organizes team training for those concerned with client risk in this specific domain..

- Participates in the configuration of an ERP or of certain modules..

- Participates in internal audits and risk management, informing management of any event that impacts on client risk in a significant or suspicious way..
