Main duties

Exemplary Duties/Responsibilities
    Follow Established Safety Practices
    Assist with developing, new and comprehensive operating instructions as well as the safe practices
    Work as a team member with Maintenance and Engineering
    Responsible for ISO metrology, acceptance test development and maintenance of instruments related to process
    Responsible for all technical content, documentation, and validation.
    Monitor Processes, process parameters to ensure proper function of instrumentation, equipment, note issues and define corrective measures when necessary
    Work with Team to define and develop operating parameters based on product type and configuration
    Work with improvement projects – Process, Quality, and Safety
    Ability to work independently, regular reporting of progress and status to management
    Communicate clearly (written and oral) with other company personnel and the customer required
    May provide technical knowledge and assistance to engineers and support personnel
    Able to work on multiple assignments and with multiple teams simultaneously
    Work with hazardous chemicals – Using appropriate PPE
    Housekeeping
Minimum Qualifications
    AS Diploma with 5-10 years’ experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
    Chemical Process Tech Degree or Certification
    Good knowledge of Mass Flow Controllers, Pressure Sensors, Mod valves, flowmeters
    PLC, HMI programming experience preferred Allen Bradley and GE.
    Knowledge and Experience handling hazardous chemicals.
    Good Computer Skills (Spreadsheets, Word Processing, etc)
Desired Skills
    Reactor, vacuum pump, cooling tower, hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience
    CVD and high temperatures process
    CAD CAM experience
    Wonderware knowledge
    Visual Basic programming
