Main duties
- Directs industrialization of products to meet quality, cost and delivery time requirements..

- Is involved in the design, the selection and the location of production facilities within the allocated budget, by defining the equipment and tools specifications as well as the related technical specifications..
>> Assessment indicator : Number of design or redesign technical specifications per year
- Guarantees the sustainability and a continuous enhancing of jobs skills related to methods and industrialization, through trainings for instance. Knowledge can come from manager’s own expertise or from other trainings..
>> Assessment indicator : Number of Skill matrix per process worked out or reworked per year ; Number of trainings (or equivalent e.g. coaching sessions) per team member per year
- Conducts technical studies on new processes (assembly, machining, special processes, …) through internal & external benchmark and by suggesting industrial improvements..

- Sets requested technical and human resources to achieve budgeted tasks..
>> Assessment indicator : Work-out of a Budget including financial and HR resources related to budgeted tasks
- Masters department budget and develops dashboards to monitor industrialization cost & CAPEX follow-up..
>> Assessment indicator : Actual department expenses compared to budget ; Actual industrialization cost compared to project targets ; CAPEX actual compared to budget
- Evaluates upstream safety, quality, supply chain risks related to industrialization processes..
>> Assessment indicator : FR1/FR2/Severity rate related to each manufacturing product within the plant ; Process PFMEA ; Continuity plan
- Improves industrialization performance by defining and upgrading industrialization procedures, technical specifications, rules, ….
