Main duties

Establishes and monitors route sheets and parts lists..
>> Assessment indicator : Compliance rate of route sheets and parts lists. Time to make route sheets and parts lists available

Designs and approves devices, assemblies, and components to meet project requirements in accordance with current standards..
>> Assessment indicator : Compliant assembly rate Time taken to make tools and procedures available

Suggests improvements to the processes and design of parts/tools to optimise productivity and/or improve quality..
>> Assessment indicator : Improvement of the manufacturing process

Compiles accurate and thorough records of changes that relate to each assigned project. Sends the information to other teams or departments..
>> Assessment indicator : Number of technical documents available

Organises meetings to review methods; disseminates test results; follows up on corrective measures..

Regularly provides technical support to production teams..
