Main duties
- Supports site management team in formalising a vision, objectives, tactical plan and operational plan consisting of identified continuous improvement projects.
>> Assessment indicator : Approval of the site's operational excellence and industrial plan by the Director of the Business Unit
- Collaborates with site managers to evaluate their current situation in terms of operations, and develops a vision for the future situation along with an implementation plan.
>> Assessment indicator : Approval of the department's Implementation plan by the Site Manager
- Presents and format information to facilitate communication with all departments and employees. Plans and coordinates, while leading technical presentations to gain cooperation.

- Collaborates with managers to define relevant indicators at all levels in terms of safety, efficiency, productivity, service, lead time, cost, quality and inventory.
>> Assessment indicator : Deployment and monitoring of operational indicators for each department
- Prepares detailed continuous improvement plans and supervises/leads them in the form of team workshops, technical projects, and ensure that objectives and deadlines are met..

- Monitors the progress of each continuous improvement project following the group's Operational Excellence procedure.

- Facilitates exchanges between departments to support the best solutions in terms of human resources, quality, the flow of information and products, and cost.

- Trains employees by sharing the principles of continuous improvement, such as Lean, while organising training sessions in the workplace.

- Coaches employees in understanding the principles of continuous improvement, favouring on-the-job learning.

- Identifies employees to carry and deploys an attitude of continuous improvement and invest in the future managers to do so.
