Description & missions
- Analyses business needs. Communicates with business users to understand their functional expectations and degree of satisfaction towards current Services & Infrastructures.Diagnoses the possibilities offered by the existing system, both quantitatively and qualitatively. Carries out a technology watch in order to detect new technological and functional possibilities offered by the market. Takes part in describing functional needs ahead of the drafting of specifications. Manages on a day-to-day basis the smooth running of projects relating to the roll out of Services & Infrastructures. Guarantees that specifications are met, in particular in terms of quality, budget, timelines..

- Leads projects. Supervises and co-ordinates the work of all those involved in the information system (Project Managers, development engineers, consultants, etc.) and leads internal and/or external teams. Manages the human resources required for the implementation and smooth conduct of the roll out to end users. Acts as interface with the Support Functions which use the Services & Infrastructures. Defines all internal means of communication needed for the implementation of new projects: user training, support documents available for users. Implements and monitors the Services & Infrastructures dashboards. Anticipates future user needs, business evolutions and plans the adjustments to Services & Infrastructures to match these new needs..

- Defines and supervises use. Defines the procedures and IT processes in order to improve the performance of Services & Infrastructures. Implements data back up plans. Improves system reliability by implementing security protocols to ensure optimal running whilst guaranteeing data security and not negatively impacting ease of access. Defines the allocative key for operation between outsourcing (subcontracting with an info manager) and internal operation.
